BIOGRAPHY – RONALD F. OWENS Jr
Ronald F. Owens Jr. served as an Information Officer 2 at the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) from March 2, 2009, to December 31, 2023.
While working at CDPH during COVID, Owens learned that COVID-19 “vaccines are killing people,” according to Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra.
Owens informed CDPH management about this shocking fact on several occasions between April 2022 and September 2023. Unfortunately, management made it about the messenger and not about the message. So, he prematurely retired—immediately incurring a 55 percent pay cut, which was the difference between his salary and pension—because this truth could no longer be muzzled from the public.
Owens wrote a whistleblower book titled: “Muzzled Truth,” which reveals how injury-sparing and life-saving information was withheld from 40 million Californians.
In July 2024, he provided written notification to all California’s 58 County Board of Supervisors (BOS). He urged 296 county-elected and 62 administratively appointed local officials to direct their County Health Officers to stop promoting, administering, and distributing COVID-19 vaccines to residents.
Owens followed up that written notification by appearing before BOS in-person. He met Butte County resident Julie Threet when he spoke at Julie’s BOS on October 8, 2024. Threet is COVID-19 jabs injured; her mother died from the same jabs! Threet has joined Ron on warning local officials about COVID-19 jab risks.
To date, Owens has ridden more than 14,400 miles on his Can-Am Spyder motorcycle to 51 out of California’s 58 county BOS meetings.
When he finishes his California county COVID-19 “stop the shots” mission, he probably would have been the only person in California’s 175-year storied history to travel to and speak before all 58 County BOS in the state.
Owens earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in government/journalism at California State University, Sacramento. He studied at Fuller Theological Seminary, Northern California Sacramento Campus.
He has authored five Bible-based books and has rewritten about ten percent of The Holy Bible in newspaper format, titled The Testament Spectator.

Current battles:
1) Fight against Public Health and Board of Supervisors across California: To date, over 11,000 miles travelled to 33 counties giving 115 total public comments (47 to Butte County Supervisors).
2) Fight against California Board of Pharmacy: To date, I have given public comment at 13 meetings. On 11/1/23 I reported 24,731 VAERS reports (with 74 deaths) filed by a California pharmacy, and the last report on 1/26/26 I noted 27,623 reports with 94 deaths from California pharmacy. On 8/13/25 my local CVS tried to hold required post-hospitalization prescriptions BECAUSE of my anti-vax activism. I have a complaint pending with the State Board (filed 10/1/25).
3) Fight for clean blood. On 8/9/25 I was hospitalized via the emergency room with a haemoglobin of 2.4. Required emergency blood transfusion (6 bags of AB+ blood). Post transfusion, a LabCorp spike antibody test was 16,664, increasing to 18,669 at 30 days, 20,379 at 60 days. Started Wellness Company detox and spike on 12/1 was down to 11,478. However, I was again hospitalized 11/17/25 & 12/4/25 for 6 more transfusions. Last antibody test 1/13/16 tested spike at 16,289. Working with Clinton Ohlers and team had blood tested in Italy and spike glycoprotein levels were “moderate” at 65. Currently testing Vedicinals 9 spike detox protocol.
4) Advocate for vaccine injured. As a certified expert in running reports/data from VAERS, I provide information for research, but more importantly for those who have something to prove – that they were injured. Pull reports by batch #, product type, or symptom. Current focus is pulling data for candidates running in 2026 and current elected representatives who have drafted mRNA Bioweapon legislation (Tennessee, Idaho, Arizona, Minnesota, Wisconsin).

Charles Kovess, from Melbourne, Australia, is the moderator of group. He is Australasia’s Passion Provocateur, and his renowned red jacket reminds viewers that red is the colour of passion.
The people who attend this group are indeed passionate about the aims of this group.
Charles practised tax law for 20 years before changing career 32 years ago, and over the past 14 years he has helped parents and lawyers to strategise remedies for vaccine damage and damage from bad medical advice. Charles is also the CEO of an industrial hemp company, Textile & Composite Industries Pty Ltd.
The members comprise lots of professions: doctors, lawyers, naturopaths, homeopaths, healers, journalists, engineers, writers, researchers, scientists, film makers, dentists, nurses, investors, financiers, patent experts, military, police, professors and educators, primate experts, thinkers, philosophers, religious clergy, peacemakers and troublemakers.
And they’re from the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Argentina, Sweden, Italy, Norway, Borneo, New Zealand, South Africa, Czech Republic, Germany, Austria and from other places.
Up until 2020, many of us thought that vaccines were ok; now, many of us proudly say “yes, we are passionate anti-vaxxers”!

These twice weekly meetings are NOT just talk fests: an extraordinary range of actions and initiatives have been generated from linkages made by attendees in these meetings.
Most of us understand that we’re in the middle of WWIII, and that there are various battle fronts as part of this war. Some of us believe we are in a continuation of WWII! Others believe we are in The 5G War.
There is no time to be tired, or to think “I’ve had enough of this”! There are a few more years of fighting and defending ahead of us.
Most of us understand the development of science and that the science is NEVER SETTLED.
The wonderful author, Michael Crichton, wrote:
“When someone tells you the science is settled, reach for your wallet”.
And Carl Sagan wrote:
“Science requires an almost complete openness to all ideas. On the other hand, it requires the most rigorous and uncompromising skepticism”.
A number of us have become friends off-line as a consequence of meeting through these discussions and a number have collaborated to fight WWIII together in different ways.
This meetings run for 2.5 hours, after which, for those with the time, Tom Rodman runs a video Telegram meeting. Tom puts the links into the chat if you are able to join.
Our guest presenters speak for as long as they wish to speak, and then we have Q&A. If you wish to ask a question, raise your hand using the Reactions tab on the bottom of your screen.
Stephen Frost via long-established tradition asks the first questions for the first 15 minutes.
There is no censorship in the meetings, other than ensuring relevance of topics.
It is a free speech environment, but we have proper, efficient and effective moderation.
Be patient with the process of the meetings. Different people have totally different views about what is important, what is relevant, what is nonsense.
Free speech is crucially important in our fight to preserve our human freedoms.
The tragedy these days is that a majority of people would choose security ahead of freedom and then end up with neither!

If you find yourself upset by anything that is said, look inside yourself. That’s where your upsets originate!
If you are offended by anything, be offended: we are genuinely not interested. We reject the offence industry that requires nobody to say anything that may offend another!
Charles has developed a list of 9 standard responses to someone who claims to be offended by something that he said. If you want a copy, he will be happy to share it. We urge you to never apologise to someone who claims to be offended: that is a bad strategy in almost all situations.
Decide to have an open mind during our meetings. It’s the fastest way to learn. Although the wonderful comedian Steve Wright would say: “I used to have an open mind, but my brains kept falling out!”
We come with an attitude and perspective of LOVE not FEAR. FEAR is the opposite of LOVE.
Fear squashes you, suppresses you, depresses you, sickens you and steals your freedom.
LOVE, on the other hand, expands you, energises you, enhances you, liberates you, heals you and inspires you to fight for freedom.
Loving those with different views to your own is a challenge, and we encourage you to embrace that challenge.
